Presentations in schools on the occasion of the Earth hour and the Earth Day

Spring 2022 edition of our Energy and Environment Awareness Campaign

On the occasion of the Earth hour in March, two school classes in Burgas discussed online with a representative of TotalEnergies EP Bulgaria the types of renewable and fossil energies, the ways of saving energy and the sustainable goals.

In addition to that, to celebrate the Earth Day, TotalEnergies EP Bulgaria visited the school “Konstantin Arabadjiev” in Varna.

The interactive presentation was with focus on the need of protecting the environment, the sustainable development and the challenges of using the energy responsibly. Energy guides with additional information and the Maritime culture Handbook were offered to the pupils. Copies of the “Sensitivity Mapping and Analysis of the Bulgarian Black Sea Coastal Zone”, created with the support of TotalEnergies, were donated to the school. The Director, Neli Kasabova, thanked the company for including her school in the educational campaign.
