Total supports the First Winter School “Energy and climate”
The First Winter School “Energy and Climate” was held online in early February
Total E&P Bulgaria has already a history in supporting the Summer Energy Management Schools organized by the Center for Educational Services of the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski” and the monthly business magazine “Utilities”. The First Winter School “Energy and climate” held online from 3 to 5th February 2021 was a natural and timely continuation of the summer initiatives.
This postgraduate training of Master and PhD students and young experts in the energy sector provided up-to-date information on the basics, practices and developments in the context of transformation and decarbonization of the energy sector.
The partnership of Total E&P Bulgaria and other energy companies ensured free participation for Master and PhD students whose specialties and research are directly related to the topic. Lecturers were experts with long experience in the field of energy management.
The General Manager of Total E&P Bulgaria made a presentation entitled “Total on the Move” focused on the ambition of the Group to reach Net Zero Carbon emissions across all its production and energy products used by its customers by 2050 in Europe.
